ELECTRONIC ZIG-ZAG MACHINE

An innovative, electronically controlled zig-zag machine equipped with an energy-efficient motor integrated into the head (Direct Drive system). The use of this drive ensures smooth operation, reduces noise levels, and provides high precision in starting and finishing the sewing process.

The independent feed mechanism, with X-axis movement controlled by stepper motors, greatly enhances the machine’s pattern programming capabilities.

The machine comes preloaded with 20 stitch patterns from 11 different types (including triple zig-zag) and allows the addition of custom patterns. Its internal memory can store up to 200 custom patterns. Pattern selection and new pattern input are done through a modern LCD control panel built into the machine head. This panel also allows quick changes to sewing parameters.

All machine settings can be transferred to another machine of the same model using a USB port or the JUKI mobile application (smartphone). The USB port can also be used to charge a mobile phone.

A closed lubrication system protects products from accidental staining and reduces oil consumption. For added convenience, the machine is equipped with adjustable LED lighting with color (tone) adjustment.
