Description
Innovative, electronically controlled Zig-Zag machine equipped with an energy-saving motor built into the machine head (Direct Drive system). This drive system ensures smooth operation, reduced noise levels, and high precision at the start and end of the sewing process.
The independent feed mechanism, controlled by stepper motors (movement in both X and Y axes), significantly enhances pattern programming capabilities. Additionally, the machine features a built-in material thickness sensor, allowing sewing parameters to automatically adjust when sewing over thick layers or cross seams, thus maintaining high stitch quality.
The machine comes with 20 standard stitch patterns across 11 types (including tricot stitch), with the option to add custom patterns. The internal memory allows for saving up to 200 custom patterns. Pattern selection and new pattern entry are managed via a modern LCD control panel embedded in the head, which also enables quick adjustments to sewing parameters and thread tension compensation on both sides of the stitch.
Settings can be transferred to another machine (of the same model) via USB or the JUKI mobile app (smartphone). The USB port can also be used to charge a mobile phone.
The enclosed lubrication system protects the product from staining and reduces oil consumption. User comfort is enhanced with built-in LED lighting with adjustable light tone.
