Description
The latest version of an electronically controlled, programmable ZIG-ZAG sewing machine equipped with a servo motor integrated into the head (Direct Drive system). Compared to the previous version (ASS), this model features an independent feed mechanism controlled by a stepper motor, significantly enhancing the machine’s pattern programming capabilities.

The machine can sew a large number of ZIG-ZAG stitch patterns. It comes with 14 pre-programmed patterns in its memory, with the option to add 20 additional custom-designed patterns. Selecting standard stitch patterns and inputting new ones is done via a modern LCD control panel, which is standard equipment (no external programmer required). The panel allows data storage on removable memory cards, enabling data transfer and copying to other machines.
Precision and Advanced Features:
A modern LCD control panel and specialized stepper motor system for needle bar operation ensure ZIG-ZAG stitch precision down to 0.1 mm. The machine supports symmetric decorative stitching patterns and the ability to densify stitches at the beginning and end of the pattern, independently of the automatic bartacking functions.
The use of the modern Direct Drive system ensures vibration-free operation, reduced noise levels, and exceptional accuracy in starting and stopping the sewing process.
