Description

ZIG-ZAG sewing machine with trimming of the lower layer of material, toothed feed, single-needle, flat stitch. Maximum stitch length: 2.5 mm, sewing speed: 5000 stitches/min, stitch width: up to 3 mm. Central lubrication system.

The machine is equipped with an electronic, energy-efficient servo motor M92 and SC920 control box, providing the following automatic functions:

• Thread trimming
• Needle positioning at any stopping point
• Automatic presser foot lifting
• CP180 panel functions:
  • Automatic thread trimming
  • Needle positioning at any stopping point
  • Programming of initial and final bartack sizes before thread trimming, with independent stitch count for each
  • Option to select single or double bartack
  • Multi-bartack program (1-9 times), short bartack with stitch count from 1 to 19
  • Programming stitch length, counting the number of stitches between the initial and final bartack
  • Programming rectangle stitching
  • Adjustable maximum sewing speed and start characteristics
