Description
The latest Juki single-needle lockstitch machine with triple feed, designed for heavy materials such as leather and upholstery. The machine features automatic functions, including thread trimming, bartacking, presser foot lifting, and needle positioning. Walking foot lift height is adjustable via a calibrated dial on the machine head.
Technical Specifications:
- Sewing speed: 3000 stitches/min
- Stitch length: 9 mm
- Presser foot lift height: 20 mm (manual: 10 mm)
- Walking foot lift: 9 mm
- Needles: 135×17 Nm160 (range Nm125 – Nm180)
- XXL hooks with very large capacity (2.7x standard hook)
- Single stitch length regulator
The machine allows programming of the size of the initial and final bartack.
It offers a quick, one-time disabling of bartacking within the program.
Includes a quick-change function for walking foot lift height.
Automatic functions are programmed via the control panel located on the machine head.
Requires connection to compressed air.
The new model includes several improvements that significantly enhance performance and versatility, such as:
a) Modern Servo Motor
The machine is powered by an advanced, energy-efficient reinforced servo motor (high torque) mounted in the machine head directly on the main shaft. This design reduces energy consumption, minimizes vibrations, ensures quieter operation, and provides full motor power, which is crucial for sewing multi-layered heavy materials.
b) Extended and Raised Arm
The arm extension and height increase provide a larger working area for the operator. The distance from the body to the needle is 347 mm, and the arm height is 127 mm. This expanded workspace allows for sewing larger materials than previously possible.
c) Improved Lubrication System
The enhanced lubrication system ensures consistent lubrication, even at low sewing speeds. Oil is supplied to the hook and filtered before returning to the reservoir to remove potential contaminants. This design improves lubrication efficiency and extends machine component lifespan. The oil level indicator and refill opening are conveniently placed at the front of the machine body, eliminating the need to tilt the head for refilling.
