Description

2-thread electronic bartacking machine equipped with an energy-efficient servo motor built into the machine head (Direct Drive system) and stepper motors that control individual machine mechanisms separately. By default, depending on the machine subclass and the applied accessories, it is possible to create a wide variety of bartacks or simple patterns. The machine comes with 50 pre-programmed stitching patterns. The memory capacity allows for 200 patterns (50 standard + 150 custom). Smooth adjustment of the length and width of the bartacks. All functions are programmed on a user-friendly control panel with a graphical display, including the ability to program a cycle of different types of bartacks.

The lubrication system has also been improved – oil is in a closed circuit, supplied only to the hook mechanism (without lubricating the needle bar drive mechanism). This ensures no oil leaks from the upper part of the machine (commonly from the needle bar) that could stain the fabric.
