Description

The JUKI LK-1900CWS is an electronic 2-thread bartacking machine with a large hook, designed for sewing heavier materials such as jeans, denim, etc. It is equipped with an energy-saving servo motor built into the machine head (Direct Drive system) and stepper motors that separately control the individual machine mechanisms.

Thanks to the enlarged hook, the machine has bobbins with increased capacity (1.8 times the capacity of a standard bobbin), allowing for more thread to be wound. This is especially important when sewing with heavier threads.

The machine has 100 pre-programmed stitching patterns. The machine’s memory allows for a total of 999 patterns to be stored. The length and width of the bartacks are continuously adjustable. All functions are programmed on a user-friendly and easy-to-read control panel with a graphic display, including the ability to program a cycle for various bartack types.

The lubrication system has also been improved – closed-loop oil is supplied only to the hook mechanism (without lubricating the needle bar drive mechanism). This solution ensures no oil leaks from the upper part of the machine (usually from the needle bar) that could cause fabric staining. The machine features an electronically programmable active needle thread tension. Various tension values can be programmed.

LED work area lighting with adjustable light color.

LED marker light shows where the stitching is to be performed on the fabric.

Technical parameters:
– sewing speed 3,000 stitches/min
