Description
JUKI LK-1900BNWS is an electronically controlled 2-needle bartacking machine with a large shuttle hook, designed for heavy materials such as denim, canvas, and similar fabrics. It features an energy-saving servo motor integrated into the machine head (Direct Drive system) and stepper motors that individually control various machine mechanisms.
Depending on the machine subclass and the attachments used, a wide variety of bartack types and simple stitch patterns can be executed. The machine comes with 50 pre-programmed stitch patterns. The machine’s memory can store up to 200 patterns (50 standard and 150 custom). It allows smooth adjustment of bartack length and width. All functions are programmable via a user-friendly control panel with a graphical display, including the ability to set up different bartack sequences.
The lubrication system has been enhanced with oil in a closed circuit, supplied only to the shuttle hook mechanism (without lubricating the needle drive mechanism). This setup prevents any oil leaks from the machine’s upper parts (mainly the needle bar), eliminating fabric staining. The machine also features an electronically programmable active thread tensioner, allowing various tension settings to be programmed.
