Description
A 2-needle lockstitch machine in the FULL DIGITAL version. It is equipped with a modern lubrication system (without the typical oil pan). Full digitization of the machine allows for quick and intuitive adjustment of its parameters via a clear touchscreen control panel. Among the adjustable functions are the feed mechanism and thread tension.
Oil is circulated in a closed system, delivered only to the hook mechanism. The oil exiting the hook area flows into an oil pan, where it is filtered and returned to the closed system. This solution ensures no oil leaks from the upper part of the machine (mainly the needle bar), which could stain the material, while maintaining high sewing speeds, similar to machines with full mechanism lubrication.
The machine features active electronic needle thread tensioners that can be programmed via the control panel.
The LH4588CFAG-7 version with needle disengagement is designed for sewing heavy materials such as denim and canvas. It has a double feed system (needle and bottom feed).
The machine also features energy-efficient LED lighting with adjustable light color (warm, cool, mixed).
Other features:
- Active presser foot with a thickness detection function during sewing.
- Programmable needle engagement at any angle for sewing around corners (e.g., topstitching pockets).
- Despite the use of a stepper motor for controlling backtacking, the machine is also equipped with a manual reverse sewing lever.

The machine is equipped with a modern energy-efficient Direct Drive servo motor, mounted directly on the machine’s main shaft. Automatic functions include thread trimming, start and end backtacking, needle positioning, presser foot lifting, thread wiper, and other control panel functions.
Optionally, the machine can be equipped with attachments for sewing tape and an electric guillotine behind the presser foot.
