Description
New series of two-needle lockstitch machines. The machine’s design has been completely revamped compared to the previous version, featuring numerous improvements and refinements. The working area has been increased, improving operator comfort when handling large components, while maintaining the same external dimensions of the machine bed.
Standard configuration includes a modern lubrication system (without a typical oil pan). Oil operates in a closed circuit, supplied only to the hook mechanism. Any oil escaping from the hook area flows into the oil pan, passes through a filter, and is returned to the closed circuit. This solution guarantees no oil leaks from the upper part of the machine (mainly the needle bar), preventing material staining, while maintaining high sewing speeds comparable to machines with full-mechanism lubrication.
The LH3578A-7 version is designed for sewing heavy materials. Dual needle and feed dog transport. Maximum sewing speed of 3000 stitches per minute, stitch length up to 5 mm, presser foot lift height of 13 mm, enlarged capacity hooks (1.7 times the capacity of a standard bobbin), and a needle gauge of 6.4 mm (other gauges available on request). The machine is equipped with a modern energy-saving servo motor Direct Drive, mounted on the head directly on the machine’s main shaft. Automatic functions include thread trimming, initial and final bar tacking, needle positioning, presser foot lifting, thread trimmer wiper, and additional features accessible via the control panel.
