Description

A new series of 2-needle lockstitch machines with a completely redesigned structure compared to the previous version, featuring numerous improvements and enhancements. The working area of the machine has been expanded, improving comfort when handling large components while maintaining the external dimensions of the machine’s bed.

The machine comes standard with a modern lubrication system (without a typical oil sump). Oil is kept in a closed circuit and supplied only to the hook mechanism. Excess oil from the hook area is collected in a sump, filtered, and returned to the closed circuit. This solution ensures no oil leakage from the upper parts of the machine (mainly the needle bar) that could stain the material, while maintaining high sewing speed, comparable to models with full machine lubrication. An optional version without oil return is available.

• Stitch length: Up to 5 mm (4 mm for subclass F)
• Hooks: Enlarged capacity
• Needle spacing: 6.4 mm (other spacings available upon request)
• Feed system: Needle-feed with quick-switch to bottom feed (only in model LH-3528, requiring needle spacing element replacement).

For thin, delicate materials, bottom feed-only machines are recommended in some cases. The ability to change the feed type enhances the machine’s versatility and ensures higher quality in finished products.
