TWO-NEEDLE LOCKSTITCH MACHINE WITH AUTOMATION
Description
Description
Two-needle lockstitch machine without needle deactivation, equipped with needle and feed dog transport, with the option for quick switching to lower feed dog transport (new feature). Sewing speed up to 3000 stitches per minute. Standard needle gauge of 6.4 mm.
Equipped with an energy-saving servo motor directly mounted on the machine head (Direct Drive system), providing automatic functions: thread trimming, needle positioning, presser foot lifting (AK135), programming of initial and final bar tacks, thread trimmer wiper (W), and micro reverse-stitch switch (B). Additionally, the CP180 control panel mounted on the machine head facilitates access to work parameter settings, including:
- Programming the size of initial and final bar tacks before thread trimming,
- Independent programming of the number of stitches for initial and final bar tacks,
- Option to select single or double bar tack,
- Programming stitch length,
- Counting stitches between the initial and final bar tacks.
The machine’s design has been completely revamped compared to the previous version, featuring numerous improvements and refinements. The working area has been increased, improving operator comfort when handling large components, while maintaining the same external dimensions of the machine bed.
Standard configuration includes a modern lubrication system (without a typical oil pan). Oil operates in a closed circuit, supplied only to the hook mechanism. Any oil escaping from the hook area flows into the oil pan, passes through a filter, and is returned to the closed circuit. This solution guarantees no oil leaks from the upper part of the machine (mainly the needle bar), preventing material staining, while maintaining high sewing speeds comparable to machines with full-mechanism lubrication. An optional version without oil return is also available.
