Description
Electronically Controlled Lingerie Buttonhole Machine with Indexer, equipped with a large clamping device with a working length of 22 cm. The large clamp enables multiple buttonholes to be sewn in one operation (e.g., on a POLO shirt placket), and the integrated indexer mechanism ensures maximum productivity. Once sewing begins and the initial buttonholes are sewn, the material is automatically shifted by a programmed distance, allowing the entire shirt placket to be completed in one cycle. No skilled personnel are required to operate the machine.
One operator can handle two machines, thereby increasing productivity. Connection to compressed air is required.
This 2-thread machine sews with a lockstitch. Maximum sewing speed is up to 4200 stitches/min. The motor is built into the machine head with a direct drive system. Electronic control via an intuitive, user-friendly panel. Stepper motors individually control the various mechanisms of the machine.
In its standard configuration, the machine comes preloaded with 31 buttonhole patterns and can store up to 99 additional patterns. Buttonhole pattern details, along with other settings—such as pattern number, stitch shapes, etc.—are entered via a clear, multifunctional control panel with a graphical display. The panel also features a USB port for connecting flash drives or memory card readers (enabling additional pattern uploads).
The machine is equipped with an electronic, programmable active thread tension control system. Needle thread tension during parallel stitching and buttonhole bar-tacking can be controlled separately through different sewing conditions stored in the machine’s memory (thread type, fabric type, sewing speed, etc.). The machine can adjust needle thread tension during parallel stitching or bar-tacking to achieve the best possible buttonhole shape. This function also helps prevent thread breakage. Needle thread tension activates at the start and end of the sewing operation, preventing thread from slipping out of the needle and fraying at the beginning of the seam.
The machine allows double-cycle buttonhole sewing with preliminary reinforcement stitching for the highest quality buttonholes, especially on stretchy fabrics like knitwear. The reinforcing thread is perfectly embedded and never protrudes from the buttonhole. The reinforcement can be stitched in up to 9 rounds. Double buttonhole stitching is also possible, omitting the bar-tacking section and sewing the parallel stitch twice, preventing excessive compression of the bar-tack section. Two different stitch widths can be used for the first and second rounds of sewing.
A new model of the bobbin thread cutting mechanism is also used, which leaves a shorter thread end on the material. Additionally, the machine performs bar-tacking at the end of sewing to prevent unraveling of the seam. A slow start function, stitch count, and sewing speed at the beginning can be set, preventing thread from slipping out of the needle (for the first 5 stitches, speed can be set stitch-by-stitch).
The machine includes a multiple knife lowering function, eliminating the need for knife changes when switching buttonhole sizes. In cases of frequent size changes during small-batch production and buttonhole sewing cycles of different sizes, the number of knife drops is automatically adjusted based on the buttonhole size. The stepper motor-driven knife mechanism is quiet and error-free when lowering/raising the knife. Knife pressure can also be adjusted based on the fabric being sewn.
