Electronically controlled lingerie buttonhole machine, equipped with a servo motor integrated into the machine head, combining high productivity with excellent stitch quality. This is a 2-thread machine using a lockstitch with a sewing speed of up to 4200 stitches/min. Stepper motors individually control the machine’s various mechanisms. In its standard configuration, the machine is delivered with 31 pre-programmed buttonhole patterns, with the ability to save up to 99 additional patterns. Buttonhole patterns and other details—pattern number, stitch shapes, etc.—are input via a clear, multifunctional control panel with a graphical display. The panel also includes a USB port for connecting external storage or memory card readers, allowing for uploading additional patterns. The machine comes standard with energy-efficient LED workspace lighting.
Key Features
- Programmable Thread Tension: The machine includes an electronically programmable active thread tension system. The tension of the needle thread during parallel stitching and buttonhole bartacking sections can be independently controlled. The machine can dynamically adjust needle thread tension during stitching or bartacking to ensure the best buttonhole shape and prevent thread breakage. Tension is activated at the start and end of the sewing process to avoid thread pulling out or fraying at the beginning.
- Double-Cycle Buttonholes: The machine supports a double-cycle sewing process, including preliminary reinforcement stitching for high-quality buttonholes, especially on elastic fabrics. Reinforcement stitching can be applied up to nine times without exposing the reinforcing thread. Double stitching avoids excessive compression in the bartack sections, and two different stitch widths can be used for the first and second rounds of stitching.
- Advanced Cutting Mechanism: A new bobbin thread cutting mechanism leaves shorter thread ends on the fabric. The machine also performs a bartack at the end of stitching to prevent unraveling. Multiple cutting passes eliminate the need to change knives for different buttonhole sizes. The stepper motor-driven knife mechanism is quiet, precise, and adaptable for various materials and stitch lengths (up to 120 mm for optional applications like child car seat belts).
- Cycle Programming: The machine supports programming sewing cycles for buttonhole patterns. Up to 20 different programs can be stored, each accommodating 15 different patterns.
NFC and Smartphone Integration
Models LK-1900BNSS, LK-1903BN, and LBH-1790ANS include NFC capabilities for adjustments via smartphone.
