A specialized automatic machine designed for sewing hook-and-loop fasteners (Velcro), other types of tapes, or labels. The machine features an automatic feeder that cuts the tape to the required length and then automatically feeds the cut piece into the sewing area under a special presser foot. Tape is fed directly from the roll without the need for pre-cutting, significantly reducing the overall process time.
The machine allows sewing the element along the perimeter, parallel sides, or on a single edge. Built on the JUKI LK1900 sewing head platform, the machine is available with different sewing heads depending on the size of the elements being sewn. The average productivity, depending on the subclass, is approximately 10 fasteners/min.
