JUKI DDL-9000CFMS is an innovative and advanced single-needle lockstitch machine. The machine head incorporates a servo motor with a Direct Drive system, making this sewing machine not only reliable and quiet during operation but also energy-efficient. This JUKI lockstitch model features automatic thread trimming and operates at a high sewing speed of 5000 stitches per minute. Full digitalization of the device ensures that work parameters can be adjusted quickly and intuitively. Adjustable features include the feed mechanism and thread tension, available in the Full Digital version. Additionally, the machine offers the ability to switch the feed motion from elliptical to rectangular, controlled by stepper motors, providing advanced feed dog motion programming.

The JUKI DDL-9000CFMS is equipped with a sensor that detects material thickness, automatically adjusting sewing parameters when sewing over seams or thick layers. The control panel allows for quick adjustments of all sewing settings. All parameters necessary for precise and optimal stitching can be set digitally, eliminating the need for manual mechanical adjustments. The machine’s internal memory stores optimal parameter values for different materials, enabling users to easily return to these settings or transfer them to other machines. Additionally, the machine supports near-field communication (NFC) technology, allowing users to copy and transfer settings using a smartphone.
