JUKI DDL-8100E is a single-needle lockstitch machine designed for sewing medium-heavy materials. The machine operates at a maximum sewing speed of 4500 stitches per minute. The stitch length is adjustable and can reach up to 5 mm. In the JUKI DDL-8100E, the maximum presser foot lift height is 13 mm, with a default value of 10 mm. The needle bar stroke in this machine is 30.7 mm.
The single-needle lockstitch machine DDL-8100E uses the DBx1 (#14) #9-#18 (134Mn90) needle system. The machine features a lower feed dog transport with a 3-row feed dog plate and is equipped with an automatically lubricated full-rotary hook. The machine is complete with a table and motor. The DDL-8100E head weighs 26 kilograms and includes centralized automatic lubrication.
