Description

An automatic machine for sewing welt pockets in garments, capable of sewing straight pockets with one or two welts, with or without flaps, and automatic adjustments for pocket length when sewing with flaps.

Technical Specifications:

• Maximum sewing speed: 3000 stitches/min
• Needle spacing: 10 mm (optional: 8, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 mm)
• Pocket length:
  • 18 – 220 mm for needle spacings of 8 – 12 mm
  • 50 – 220 mm for needle spacings above 14 mm
  • Minimum length with angled knives: 35 mm
• Programming options: Double bar tack or stitch condensation at the start and end of the pocket

Production Efficiency:

• Straight pockets: 1900-2300 pcs/8h (assuming 150 mm pocket length, stitch length 2.5 mm, no flap)
• Pockets with flaps: 1600-1900 pcs/8h
