Description
An electronically controlled automatic machine for stitching programmed patterns within a sewing area of 150 x 100 mm. Equipped with an energy-efficient servo motor integrated into the machine head (direct drive system) and stepper motors, it is designed for repetitive stitching tasks such as label attachment, reinforcement stitching, decorative patterns, and sewing handles, buckles, and more. It excels in multi-layer stitching of heavy materials like transport straps and container bags.
To enhance the quality of finished products, the machine includes electronically controlled and programmable thread tension. The thread tension can be adjusted dynamically for different sections of the pattern.
