Description

Automatic 1-thread button sewing machine, electronically controlled, equipped with a servo motor integrated into the machine head (Direct Drive system) and stepper motors managing the operation of individual mechanisms.

The machine allows sewing buttons with simultaneous wrapping. Sewing speed reaches up to 1800 stitches/min during wrapping and 1200 stitches/min during button sewing. Button diameter: up to 32 mm for sewing and wrapping. Smooth adjustment of the spacing between buttonholes. The machine has a memory for 99 sewing patterns, which can also be stored on memory cards. All parameters are set via a modern IP420 LCD control panel.

The machine operates without lubrication, completely eliminating the risk of oil stains on the product. It is standardly equipped with a manual button feeder, enabling the operator to load a button while the previous one is being sewn.
