Description
Specialized machine for sewing labels equipped with an automatic feeder. The label is fed directly from the roll, eliminating the need for pre-cutting or ordering pre-cut labels, which significantly shortens the entire process and reduces the cost of the labels. The feeder is equipped with a knife that cuts the tape into individual labels and then automatically feeds the cut element into the sewing area under a special presser foot. The label is sewn flat.
The machine allows simultaneous sewing of 1 to 5 different labels. The machine can be operated by an operator, not necessarily a skilled seamstress. The sewing process time, depending on the subclass, ranges from 8 to 10 seconds.
