Description
A specialized ultrasonic machine with a flatbed designed for welding, edge trimming, or trimming and welding materials, depending on the type of roller used. It is equipped with an easy-to-use color touch control panel that allows for the adjustment of key parameters such as operating speed, pressure force, and ultrasonic power.
The use of an appropriate roller enables the joining of materials both in straight sections and along curves. For proper operation, the materials being processed must contain at least 70% synthetic fibers. Due to its versatile functionality, the machine has a wide range of applications. It can be used for the production of sportswear or underwear, as well as tents, raincoats, non-woven fabrics, technical materials, and any situation where seam sealing is required.
