Functional Seam Sealing and Taping Machine

A versatile machine designed for seam sealing and bonding. The use of wide working rollers allows the machine to apply reflective tapes up to 50 mm wide on workwear, warning garments, and more. It features a unique nozzle positioning system in three axes, controlled directly from the panel using three stepper motors (each responsible for one axis). The system allows for memorizing the exact nozzle position for each program and adjusting its distance from the rollers based on the selected speed. It supports the creation of up to 20 different programs with distinct parameters. Differential drive (setting different speeds for the upper and lower rollers) ensures excellent quality when working on curves and difficult materials. The machine comes standard with automatic tape cutting.

The JEUX AI-101L can be used on both lightweight synthetic fabrics and outdoor and workwear, military gear, tents, and many other materials.
