The machine’s memory includes a complete list of available rollers, enabling automatic calibration upon installation of each roller. This feature eliminates the need for manual adjustments with each roller change, saving time and ensuring higher precision. The standard model includes a wider weld roller for joining, with many additional rollers available. The machine also features a specialized 10mm titanium sonotrode with a steel coating for enhanced durability and versatility across various production types. Additionally, the machine supports WiFi or LAN connectivity for remote parameter adjustments and program uploads. No compressed air is required.
