Description
Electronically controlled JACK MS100A automated machine for stitching large elements according to a pre-programmed sewing pattern within a 1400×950 mm area. Designed for light and medium-weight materials.
The machine is used for repetitive decorative stitching patterns, attaching labels, Velcro, emblems, as well as sewing pockets, flaps, zippers, and other components. It can also be utilized in the production of quilted jackets, coats, duvets, or mattresses.
Equipped with a servo motor built into the machine head (Direct Drive system) and stepper motors, the machine is suitable for various materials and operations, while being user-friendly and not requiring specialized skills from the operator.
All sewing parameters can be programmed on a large, clear touchscreen control panel. The created patterns can be saved in the machine’s internal memory (up to 999 patterns) or in external USB memory.
The machine is equipped with an enlarged bobbin case with a double thread capacity. An RFID reader located under the worktable allows for quick automatic loading of patterns depending on the type of sewing form used (forms are made to order and are not part of the machine’s standard equipment).
The special design of the worktable allows it to be folded to minimize the machine’s size for transport or relocation.
Connection to a compressed air source (compressor) is required.
