Description
A programmable sewing machine with a large working area, designed for quilting and sewing repetitive stitching patterns. The machine features a rotating head and a hook mechanism (360 degrees) that align with the direction of sewing, ensuring perfect stitch quality while minimizing the risk of thread breakage and skipped stitches. The reduced weight of the head, made from special lightweight aluminum alloys, allows for high precision in rotational movement, resulting in high-quality stitching.
A modern cutting mechanism, powered by an independent stepper motor, guarantees perfect thread trimming. The machine is equipped with fast and precise stepper motors that drive the sewing head, hook mechanism, and table movement in the x and y axes.
Thanks to its ease of use and high accuracy and repeatability, the machine can be operated by any user, regardless of their sewing skills.
The machine sews according to a pre-programmed stitching pattern and uses special trays to hold the fabric. The trays are secured with four universal actuators, and the identical presser foot used in machines without a rotating head allows for the reuse of existing components with the new machine or vice versa.
The machine allows programming of different presser foot heights depending on the thickness of the layers being sewn.
The dry sewing head, without standard oil lubrication in the upper part, ensures no issues with staining the sewn products.

Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a laser cutting function (F11B). Laser power: 120W. Ideal for sewing workwear, uniforms, and medical garments, as well as technical products, mats, bags, and backpacks. It is suitable for the production of quilted jackets, coats, and sleeping bags, as well as pet beds. To ensure proper machine operation, compressed air connection is required (pressure: 0.6 Mpa, consumption: 3 liters/min).
