Description
Electronically Controlled JACK M5 Automatic Machine for Sewing Elements According to Programmed Patterns in an 800 x 350 mm Sewing Area
The JACK M5 is an electronically controlled automatic machine designed for sewing elements according to programmed patterns within a sewing area of 800 x 350 mm. It is equipped with a vacuum system for material stabilization with a suction area of 270 x 270 mm (M5-F13F25-800×350). The machine is used for attaching pockets, sewing flaps, collars, epaulettes, and other small components. The preparation table with suction enables easy positioning of sewn elements. It is equipped with a servo motor built into the machine head (Direct Drive system) and stepper motors. The machine is suitable for various materials and operations, and its user-friendly design means it does not require special skills from the operator.
All sewing parameters can be programmed on a clear touchscreen control panel. Created patterns can be saved in the machine’s internal memory (with space for up to 999 patterns) or on an external USB memory. The machine features an enlarged hook with double bobbin thread capacity. The RFID reader allows for quick and automatic loading of patterns based on the type of sewing form used (forms are custom-made and not standard machine equipment).
There is also a subclass M5-F13F25-800×350, which includes a built-in suction module (270×270 mm) within the table surface to facilitate material handling and is equipped with a lower thread break sensor.
