Latest Series of Fully Digital 3-Needle Coverstitch Machines with Cylindrical Bed

The newest series of 3-needle coverstitch machines features a cylindrical bed and is equipped with an energy-efficient motor integrated into the machine head (Direct Drive system). This ensures quiet, reliable operation and reduced energy consumption.

The stitch length is digitally controlled, and thread trimming and presser foot lifting are managed by stepper motors, ensuring precision and speed. These machines are designed for sewing closed loops in blouses, T-shirts, and other knitwear, finishing overlock seams, decorative stitching, and many other operations. The differential lower transport ensures high-quality stitches even on highly elastic materials such as Lycra. The machine also features LED lighting with 3-level brightness adjustment.

• Large touch panel for adjusting stitch length (with 0.1 mm precision), speed, and additional functions. The panel includes dynamic graphics and voice guidance to simplify operation.

• Acceleration from 0 to 5000 rpm in just 18 ms and deceleration from 5000 rpm to 0 in only 24 ms. The maximum speed is 6000 stitches per minute.
