JACK JK-T5878-68

The modern JACK JK-T5878-68 automatic machine is designed for sewing straight pockets with one or two welts, with or without a flap, in garments such as jackets, blazers, or trousers. All work parameters and pocket types can be programmed on a clear, touch-operated control panel. The machine features a head with a built-in 750W servo motor (Direct Drive system), which ensures lower energy consumption and quiet operation. The machine is equipped as standard with a receiving stacker for sewn elements and a laser marker to facilitate proper positioning of the piece being sewn. Estimated production output: 1800-2200 pcs/8h – assuming: pocket length of 150 mm, stitch length of 2.5 mm, pockets without flaps or 1500-1800 pcs/8h – for pockets with flaps.
