Programmable Automatic Machine for Sewing Welt Pockets

This machine is designed for sewing straight and slanted welt pockets (various cutting angles possible), with one or two welts, with or without a flap. It can also sew pockets with a zipper tape and attach the pocket bag. The standard configuration allows for sewing welts up to 24 cm in length and a total welt width from 1 to 5 cm.

All work parameters, including the type of pocket, are programmable via a clear control panel equipped with a USB port for importing external data or transferring settings to another machine. The machine’s memory allows storing up to 999 stitching patterns. The pocket opening is cut before sewing using a laser integrated with the machine’s head.

The machine is driven by energy-efficient and reliable stepper motors.
