ELECTRONIC BAR TACKER
Description
Description
Electronically controlled, fully programmable bar tacker (button sewer) 2-thread machine, equipped with an energy-saving servo motor integrated into the machine head (direct drive system) and stepper motors, separately controlling the machine’s mechanisms. Innovative quick-change clamping system allows the machine to be used as either a BAR TACKER or a BUTTON SEWER.
All functions and sewing patterns are programmed through a clear control panel with a graphic display, which is standard equipment. Smooth adjustment of stitch length and width. The machine allows programming of various sewing cycles, including multiple types of tacks, decorative tacks, or other attachment patterns such as envelopes, zigzags, square or oval shapes.
Maximum working area: 30 mm x 40 mm.
Standard equipment includes:
- Clamps for sewing a bar tack 16 x 2.4 mm (other patterns require purchasing additional clamps).
- Holders to use the machine as a button sewer. The machine’s memory allows storing 100 fastening patterns and 50 button sewing patterns.
Enhanced lubrication system – oil is in a closed circuit, supplied only to the hook mechanism (without lubricating the needle bar drive). This ensures no oil leaks from the upper part of the machine (typically from the needle bar), preventing fabric staining.
