Description

Electronically controlled, fully programmable 2-thread bartacking machine equipped with an energy-saving servo motor built into the machine head (direct drive system) and stepper motors that independently control each of the machine’s mechanisms.

All functions and patterns are programmed on a clear control panel with a graphical display, which comes as standard equipment with the machine. Smooth adjustment of the length and width of sewing patterns. Ability to program different types of stitching cycles. Stitch length can be programmed from 0.1 mm to 10 mm. The machine can perform a wide variety of tacks, decorative tacks, and other fastening patterns, such as envelopes, zigzags, rectangular, or oval stitching.

Maximum working area: 30 mm x 40 mm.

Standard machine features include:

• Clamps for bartacking 16 x 2.4 mm (additional clamps required for other patterns).

Improved lubrication system – oil in a closed circuit, supplied only to the hook mechanism (without lubricating the needle drive mechanism). This solution ensures no oil leakage from the upper part of the machine (most often from the needle bar), which prevents fabric staining.
