JACK JK-T1900GH

The electronically controlled, fully programmable 2-thread bar tacker is designed for sewing heavy materials (model subclass 1900GH). It is equipped with an energy-saving servo motor built into the machine head (direct drive system) and stepper motors that control the individual mechanisms of the machine separately.

All functions and patterns are programmed on a clear control panel with a graphic display, which is standard equipment for the machine. Smooth regulation of the stitch length and width for sewing patterns. The ability to program cycles of various types of stitching. Stitch length can be programmed from 0.1 mm to 10 mm. The machine is capable of producing a large variety of bar tacks, decorative bar tacks, and other fastening patterns such as box stitches, zigzags, rectangular, or oval stitches.

Maximum working area: 30 mm x 40 mm. Enhanced lubrication system – oil in a closed circuit, supplied only to the shuttle mechanism (without lubricating the needle bar drive mechanism). This solution guarantees no oil leaks from the upper part of the machine (especially the needle bar), preventing stains on the fabric.
