Electronically controlled 2-thread lingerie buttonhole machine using a lockstitch. Buttonhole patterns and various other details (pattern number, stitch shapes, etc.) are input via a clear operational panel with a graphical display. The machine features an electronically programmable active thread tension control system. The tension of the needle thread during parallel stitching and bartacking sections of the buttonhole can be controlled separately, thanks to different sewing conditions saved in the machine’s memory (thread type, material type, sewing speed, etc.).

The machine allows buttonholes to be sewn in a double-cycle process, including preliminary reinforcement stitching, ensuring the highest quality buttonholes, especially on elastic fabrics such as knitwear. Standard functionality includes sewing buttonholes of various lengths without needing to change the knife. The number of knife drops is automatically adjusted based on the buttonhole size.
