1-NEEDLE CHAINSTITCH MACHINE WITH BOTTOM FEED
Description
Description
A 1-needle machine with bottom feed and an energy-saving servo motor built into the head (Direct Drive), ensuring quiet, reliable operation and reduced energy consumption. Chainstitch machines (commonly known as chainstitch lockstitch machines) are mainly used for sewing operations where an elastic seam is required, resistant to stress associated with garment use, such as side seams on pant legs. They are particularly recommended for long seams, as the use of chainstitch loopers allows the stitch to be formed directly from the thread spool, eliminating the need for bobbin changes, unlike standard lockstitch machines. 2-needle machines are used in the production of formal wear, such as sewing reinforced seat seams in men’s trousers or operations involving lap seams and flat seams. LED lighting ensures a comfortable working environment.
Technical specifications:
- Sewing speed: up to 4000 stitches/min
- Stitch length: up to 4 mm
- Presser foot lift height: 4.5 mm (up to 10 mm with knee lifter)
- Needle system: TVx7
