Electronically Controlled, Automatic Zig-Zag Machine

An electronically controlled, automatic Zig-Zag machine, equipped with an energy-saving motor mounted in the machine head, directly on the main shaft (Direct Drive). This setup ensures quiet, reliable operation and reduced energy consumption.

An independent transport mechanism controlled by stepper motors has significantly enhanced the machine’s pattern programming capabilities. This machine is ideal for producing decorative and elastic stitches, such as lace and elastic trimming in lingerie and in manufacturing gloves or hats.

A closed lubrication system (no typical oil pan) ensures lower oil consumption, improved lubrication of machine mechanisms, and protects against accidental fabric staining. The machine is operated via an intuitive touch control panel where all sewing parameters can be set. Its memory includes 14 built-in stitch patterns, with space to save an additional 99 patterns. A built-in USB port allows for saving patterns externally and updating the software.
