Programmable Automatic Machine for Sewing Welt Pockets

This machine is designed for sewing straight and slanted welt pockets, with one or two welts, with or without flaps. It can sew with zipper tape and attach the pocket bag. The machine performs 8 operations: cutting, pressing, folding, stitching, bar tacking, securing pocket edges, attaching pocket bags, and securing pocket flaps, regardless of the material type, from light to heavy.

All operational parameters, including pocket type, are programmed through a user-friendly control panel equipped with a USB port for importing external data or transferring settings to another machine. The machine’s memory allows for storing up to 999 stitching patterns.

Pocket opening cutting is performed before stitching using a laser integrated into the machine head. The machine is driven by energy-efficient and reliable stepper motors and features a rotary hook.
