1-Needle Automatic Lockstitch Machine with Edge Trimming Knife for Heavy Materials

A 1-needle lockstitch machine with automatic functions and a right-side trimming knife designed for sewing heavy materials (e.g., leather, upholstery, technical fabrics, etc.). The machine is equipped with a modern, energy-saving motor built directly into the machine head (Direct Drive system). This setup ensures quiet operation and low energy consumption.

The dual feed system (bottom feed and top walking foot) ensures perfect movement of the top and bottom layers of sewn materials. This is particularly useful when sewing multiple layers of material, upholstery with padding, and stitching across seams and thick sections. The machine is equipped with a clear control panel built into the head and an LED light illuminating the work area near the needle (with adjustable light intensity).

The machine is equipped with a trimming knife mechanism to cut the edge of the material. It allows for quick switching between sewing with or without the trimmer.
