Overlock C7 with automatic functions
The latest series of fully automatic overlocks with a transport system based on artificial intelligence. Real-time detection of changes in material thickness and correlation of pressure and transport force calculated by AI ensure perfect stitch quality on all materials without the need for mechanical adjustment. Sewing various connections: thick, thin, elastic, hard at full speed without losing stitch quality.
Overlock JACK C7 has work field lighting (LED diodes) with the possibility of 3-step adjustment and an easy-to-use panel for managing automatic functions:
lifting the presser foot,
cutting the chain before starting sewing and after it ends,
positioning the needles
Automatic functions of the machine can operate in three modes:
manual
semi-automatic
automatic
Overlocks C7 do not require connection to compressed air. All mechanisms related to automatic functions are controlled electrically.
