JACK C60+

JACK C60+ is a series of high-speed, fully automatic overlock machines with a maximum sewing speed of 7000 stitches per minute. Featuring an integrated motor mounted in the machine head (Direct Drive system), the modern construction ensures enhanced motor ventilation, significantly extending the machine’s lifespan and performance. The C60+ series includes integrated workspace lighting with 3-step brightness adjustment, providing excellent illumination of the work area.

This industrial machine offers automatic functions, including presser foot lifting, thread trimming before and after sewing, and operation via a clear touchscreen panel. The panel allows users to select stitch types, trimming length, and sewing speed, while additional functions can be activated with a single touch. Voice guidance in Polish provides instructions for optimal use.

With automatic trimming controlled by photocells, the thread length after trimming is reduced to 5 mm. The machine accelerates from 0 to 6000 rpm in 120 ms and decelerates from 6000 rpm to 0 in 180 ms. Material type selection (light, medium, or heavy) allows the machine to adapt to demanding fabrics.

Three Operating Modes:

1. Manual Mode: Full use of the foot pedal.
2. Semi-Automatic Mode: Uses the pedal, with photocells handling cutting and presser foot lifting.
3. Automatic Mode: The machine operates exclusively via photocells.
