A 5-thread, 2-needle overlock machine designed for sewing medium and heavy materials such as upholstery, workwear, and technical fabrics. Equipped with an integrated energy-efficient servo motor (Direct Drive system), ensuring quiet, reliable operation and reduced energy consumption. Features dual transport: lower feed and upper walking foot.

The upper transport system and a reinforced 750W drive ensure perfectly even feeding of both upper and lower layers of sewn materials. This is especially critical for multi-layer sewing with insulation (e.g., upholstery) and eliminates challenges with crossing seams and thick sections. The Overlock C5T is ideal for sewing upholstery fabrics, technical textiles, workwear, and similar applications.

• Stepper motor-controlled presser foot lifting and thread trimming for quieter, faster, and more durable operation compared to electromagnet-based systems.
