A 4-thread, 2-needle overlock machine equipped with an integrated energy-efficient servo motor (Direct Drive system), ensuring quiet, reliable operation and reduced energy consumption. Features dual transport: lower feed and upper walking foot. This subclass is designed for sewing medium and heavy materials such as upholstery, workwear, and technical products.

The upper transport system and a reinforced 750W drive guarantee perfectly even feeding of both upper and lower layers of sewn materials. This is especially important for multi-layer sewing with insulation (e.g., upholstery), eliminating issues with crossing seams or handling thick areas. The Overlock C5T is ideal for medium and heavy materials, including upholstery and technical fabrics, workwear, and similar applications.

Advanced Features:

• Stepper motor-controlled presser foot lifting and thread trimming ensure quieter and faster operation with higher durability compared to electromagnet-based mechanisms.
• Integrated LED workspace lighting and an intuitive control panel make it easy to manage automatic functions, including presser foot lifting and chain trimming at the beginning and end of sewing.
