The latest model of a high-performance 4-thread overlock machine, equipped with automatic functions and an integrated energy-efficient motor mounted in the head directly on the machine’s main shaft (DIRECT DRIVE system), ensuring quiet, reliable operation and reduced energy consumption. The modern machine design provides better motor ventilation, leading to faster and more efficient operation, as well as a longer machine lifespan. The JACK C5F overlock machine features LED work area lighting with 3-level brightness adjustment and an easy-to-use control panel for managing automatic functions such as:
- foot lift,
- chain trimming before and after sewing,
- needle positioning.
The machine’s automatic functions can operate in three modes:
- manual,
- semi-automatic,
- automatic.
Features of the C5F Series Machines:
- The foot lifting and thread trimming mechanism is powered by a servo motor. This ensures quieter and faster operation compared to electromagnet-controlled mechanisms and provides greater durability. The height of the presser foot can also be adjusted (13 levels available via the panel).
- Voice notification function and a quick reset button to factory settings.
- Four photocells controlling automatic functions (previous model had three), enabling shorter thread ends on the fabric after trimming (10 mm at the start of sewing and 5 mm at the end).
- Lever for adjusting the height of the feed dogs. This adjustment allows for easy and quick adaptation of the machine to different types of fabrics. It can be set to one of three positions: A (very light and light materials), M (light and medium materials), H (medium and heavy materials).
- The presser foot’s fabric thickness sensor automatically reduces sewing speed when passing through seams and cross-stitches.
