Description
An automatic 1-needle lockstitch machine equipped with an energy-efficient servo motor, mounted directly on the machine’s main shaft (Direct Drive), ensuring quiet and reliable operation while reducing energy consumption. The machine features an electronic feed system (to program feed dog movement), controlled by stepper motors. Additionally, a stepper motor is used to control stitch length settings and handle the bar tacking function. This solution significantly reduces noise during bar tacking and allows for precise stitch length settings with an accuracy of 0.1 mm.
Automatic functions:
- Thread trimming
- Presser foot lifting
- Bar tacking at the beginning and end of sewing
- Needle positioning
- Sewing according to programmed sections
The Jack A7 lockstitch machine features an improved thread trimming system, reducing the trimmed thread length to 3.5 mm. It has a closed lubrication system (no typical oil pan). A small amount of oil is contained in a sealed tank, preventing contamination. This solution ensures lower oil consumption and better lubrication of the machine’s mechanisms. The machine is also available in an “H” subclass for sewing heavier materials.
Technical specifications:
- Sewing speed up to 5000 stitches/min (version for heavier materials “H” up to 3500 stitches/min)
- Stitch length up to 5 mm
- Presser foot lifting height up to 13 mm
- USB port for connecting external devices
