SPECIALIZED AUTOMATIC LOCKSTITCH MACHINE WITH NEEDLE-FEED AND DROP-FEED TRANSPORT, EXPANDED WORKING AREA FOR HEAVY MATERIALS

The specialized automatic lockstitch machine with needle-feed and drop-feed transport and an expanded working area is designed for medium and heavy materials. The distance between the body and the needle bar is 30 cm. The dual transport system assists in the smooth movement of materials under the presser foot. The machine is equipped with an energy-efficient servo motor built into the head, ensuring quiet, reliable operation and lower energy consumption. Most importantly, the JACK A6F-EH lockstitch machine features a closed lubrication system (no typical oil pan), which reduces oil consumption, improves machine mechanisms’ lubrication, and protects materials from contamination.

The machine also has integrated LED work area lighting and a built-in USB port, allowing the connection of external devices (e.g., charging a mobile phone, powering a fan, etc.).

Additionally, the E series machines use a stepper motor that controls stitch length settings and the bartacking mechanism. This significantly reduces noise levels during bartacking and allows for precise stitch length adjustments with an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm.
