A single-needle lockstitch machine with automatic functions, lower feed dog transport, and an energy-efficient motor integrated into the machine head (Direct Drive). The machine automatically adjusts to changes in material thickness, synchronizing material feeding with needle penetration force in real-time, ensuring stable stitching across various materials without the need for manual adjustments.

The machine retains the extended body design of previous A5E-A versions, measuring 30.5 cm. The “Octopus Nine-brain” artificial intelligence module provides intelligent automation, dynamically adjusting machine parameters in real-time based on the thickness of the material being sewn.

The closed lubrication system eliminates the typical oil pan, with a small amount of oil circulating in a closed loop. This design reduces oil consumption while ensuring better lubrication of machine mechanisms. The high-power motor with increased torque guarantees sufficient penetration force for multi-layer sewing of thicker materials.
