1-Needle Lockstitch Machine with Automatic Functions, Bottom Feed, and Energy-Efficient Motor Built into the Machine Head (Direct Drive)

This 1-needle lockstitch machine features automatic functions, bottom feed, and an energy-efficient motor integrated into the machine head (Direct Drive). The machine automatically adapts to changes in material thickness, and the real-time correlation between material feed and needle penetration force ensures stable sewing of various materials without the need for manual adjustments. As with previous A5 versions, the machine has an extended body, with a distance of 30.5 cm from the needle to the body.

The machine uses a stepper motor to control stitch length and backtacking functions. The artificial intelligence chip “Octopus Nine-brain” is a smart solution that provides automatic parameter adjustments in real-time according to the thickness of the material being sewn. The closed lubrication system (no traditional oil pan) uses a minimal amount of oil in a sealed loop, resulting in lower oil consumption and better lubrication of mechanisms. A high-power motor with increased torque guarantees sufficient needle penetration strength, even when sewing multiple layers of thicker materials. The Jack A5E-A lockstitch machine features a thread trimming system that reduces thread length after trimming to 3.5 mm.
