JACK A5E

A 1-needle lockstitch machine with automatic functions, bottom feed, and an energy-efficient motor integrated into the machine head (Direct Drive), ensuring quiet and reliable operation while reducing energy consumption. The machine features an extended body, with a distance of 30.5 cm from the needle to the machine body. Additionally, it is equipped with a stepper motor that controls the stitch length and the backtacking function. This system significantly reduces noise during backtacking and allows precise stitch length adjustment to an accuracy of 0.1 mm. The machine has a closed lubrication system (no traditional oil pan). A small amount of oil is stored in a sealed reservoir, preventing contamination and ensuring better lubrication. The Jack A5E lockstitch machine has an improved thread trimming system that reduces the thread tail to 3.5 mm after cutting.
