The JACK A5 machine is a single-needle automatic lockstitch machine with very high specifications. The motor of this sewing machine is built into the head (Direct Drive), ensuring quiet and reliable operation for machine operators. Additionally, the sewing machine motor is a servo type, which reduces energy consumption. The built-in operational panel in the JACK A5 provides voice notifications in English. The Jack A5 lockstitch machine offers a range of automatic functions, including thread trimming and needle positioning. The thread trimming is performed by two movable knives, leaving the thread only 3 millimeters long after cutting. The machine also includes automatic backstitching at the beginning and end of sewing, automatic foot lifting, and electronic thread tension adjustment.

The comfort of working with the Jack A5 lockstitch machine is enhanced by built-in LED lights with adjustable light intensity, complementing traditional sewing machine lamps. This model’s built-in USB port allows for the connection of external devices, enabling, for instance, phone charging.

The lubrication system in the Jack A5 sewing machine is enclosed—there is no traditional oil pan. Instead, a small amount of oil required for the machine’s smooth operation is stored in a sealed container, preventing any risk of soiling. Moreover, this system provides better lubrication for all machine mechanisms and results in lower oil consumption during operation.

The needle bar in the JACK A5 does not require lubrication, as it is made from a special carbon alloy that offers greater flexibility and wear resistance. This design also reduces the risk of fabric staining during sewing.
