Fully Automatic T-Shirt Hemming Station
The fully automatic T-shirt hemming station uses automatic control of hemming width, significantly speeding up the sewing process and ensuring the highest, repeatable stitch quality. The machine does not require special sewing skills. The operator’s role is limited to placing the T-shirt on the machine’s guiding rollers and starting the sewing process.
The machine is equipped with a modern, energy-efficient servo motor that ensures quiet operation and low energy consumption. It is controlled via an easy-to-use and clear control panel with an LCD touchscreen. The system automatically receives and stacks the finished T-shirts. The machine features a 2-needle coverstitch JUKI MF7923 head with automation. It is equipped with an automatic tension roller adjustment system using stepper motors.
